How we use your information We use the personal information provided by you to communicate with you, for the management of the Event, to complete any bookings or agreements we may make with you, and for identification purposes. Your personal information may be shared internall, with the Council and with other agencies such as the Cabinet Office and the Health & Safety Executive, and may be used in data matching exercises, for the prevention and detection of fraud.
